The Company of the Saviour (Compa\u00f1\u00eda del Salvador)\u00a0<\/em>is a Religious Institute of pontifical right, which was founded in 1952 by Mother\u00a0Mar\u00eda F\u00e9lix Torres.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It lives the spirituality of St Ignatius of Loyola and its motto is \u201cA Mayor Gloria de Dios\u201d (\u201cTo the Greater Glory of God\u201d)<\/em>.<\/strong> One of the Institute\u2019s fundamental characteristics is its devotion to\u00a0the Church. As such, all its nuns make a fourth vow of special obedience to the Holy Father.<\/p>\n

The specific mission of the Company of the Saviour\u00a0is the Christian education of girls and young women all over the world, which it undertakes\u00a0in its own educational centres.<\/p>\n
